1. Delivery Areas
We offer delivery within Harare and to major cities and towns across Zimbabwe. For areas outside standard courier routes, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered using reputable third-party courier services. Customers may also arrange their own courier if preferred.

3. Delivery Fees
Shipping costs are confirmed after your order is processed. As a guide, delivery fees generally range from **$5 to $15**, depending on:

- Delivery location
- Package size and weight

We will confirm the exact delivery fee for your approval before dispatch.

Delivery Times
- Harare local: Dispatched 1–2 hours after order placement
- Inter-city: 1-2 business days, depending on destination and courier schedule

Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 hours after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

6. Tracking & Notifications
Where available, tracking information will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.

7. Customer-Arranged Courier
If you choose to use your own delivery service, we will prepare your order for collection. Once the order is collected by your courier, The Beauty Store is no longer responsible for loss or damage.

8. Risk & Loss/Damage in Transit
We package all orders with care to minimise the risk of damage. However, once an order is handed over to a third-party courier, The Beauty Store cannot guarantee handling during transit and is not liable for goods lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist, where possible, with raising a claim with the courier.

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, any redelivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
